Hundreds of applications were not built, validated, updated, or submitted by many. Forecasted Sales, Guest Counts, and other information overstated.
All were not required to follow all the contractual rules. For example, if you proposed later than others, then you could use others data to target them as to align your proposals to be better. Another example would be allowed to mass communicate to everyone when others were not allowed so you could misrepresent, attack, etc. and no one would could correct you without themselves being unapproved.

o One Broker continued to be allowed to use the Brand Name to gain credibility and advantage where we have not been able to in years.
o On 1/31, Brand/Corp. required just one Broker to have to include Sexual Abuse and Misconduct this year as a way of either pushing them out (if we could not find in 5 days) OR make us less competitive against One Broker as they had priced this out themselves prior and too costly to offer to the whole US.
o On 2/5, most Brokers released quotes/proposals according to the Corp. contract in order to stay approved. One Broker then collected the pricing being quoted by others for 10 days and were allowed by Corp. to not release quotes until 2/15 giving them a significant advantage while having 2 more weeks to also improve pricing based on the new Excess Property product.
o On 2/23, Corp. sent email to many O/O's and clients naming and disparaging the Broker after we prevented our clients from reporting unlicensed people from getting in trouble as the system/Corp. handles such public matters privately to protect the brands reputation. At the same time, One Broker then sends email to many O/O's and clients making an excuse for their licensing issue..but then turning the email into a sales pitch for the One Broker. At the same time, Corp. notifies our clients we are not allowed to correct any information without Corp. approval of the message which of course they will not approve a message telling the truth.
o On Tuesday 2/27 at 5 pm, Brokers finally are provided the name of the insurance company on the Excess Property so we could then recognized this and let us reduce premiums based on reduced risk. Obviously, many had either gone with or were talking to Other Broker and even when dropping our premiums, it looked as if we were doing in response to the One Broker vs. in response from us doing our best with a massive shift in Corp. coverage requirements.
o Reputation harm from the above has been immense with all our clients not even talking to us, just going silent so we assumed not renewed.
